    By shopping with The Palkhi, you can support local artisans by buying our handmade products. We have low markups on our products and offer a wide variety of handicrafts from several states, which you cannot find in other stores.
  • Where do your items come from?
    We source our products from several different states across India. Ranging from Rajasthan’s Blue Pottery, Bihar’s Madhubani art, Chhattisgarh’s Bastar iron crafts and Andhra Pradesh’s leather crafts. Every product is handmade by local artisans.
  • What is The Palkhi’s vision?

  • How do I take care of the products purchased?
    Different products have different requirements for taking care of them. Every product page has a section called "Products Included" under which you can find how to care for your product.
  • Do you offer Gift cards and packaging?

  • Are the products you offer authentic?
    Over 85% of our products are entirely handmade, and source 100% of our products from local artisans. We also physically ensure that every product is authentically and locally handcrafted.
  • How do I track my order?
    After placing your order, you receive an email confirming your order on your registered email address. The email includes the product details and the tracking number for your order.
  • How long do products take to ship?
    We assure you that your order will reach you within 2 to 8 business days- we will communicate any exceptional situations to you
  • How can I qualify for free shipping?
    Your order will qualify for free shipping when you spend a minimum of Rs. 500 on the said order.
  • Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    We cannot give you a refund for your order. But we can provide store credit within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • What is The Palkhi’s return policy?

  • How do I return a product?
    When you visit the returns page, you will be required to fill in this form to help us process your return.
  • What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
    We will exchange the product or refund your order if you receive the wrong product(s). Please get in touch with us in case this happens.
  • Do you offer a refund or replacement in case the product is damaged?

  • What online payment modes do you accept?
    We accept multiple forms of payment that are valid within India- debit and credit cards, UPI, wallets and net banking.
  • Are payments through UPI accepted?
    Yes, we accept payments through any UPI ID or wallets.
  • Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
