RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products will only be validated for shipping and returns under the following circumstances.

1. Return/ Exchange Claim must be made 2 days after the shipment is delivered.

2. Photographic or Videographic evidence of the damaged/ wrong product should be sent across.

3. Please take note that return and or exchange can only be validated when the provided information from our side does not match the product delivered.
